'TMNT 3' really isn't THAT bad. It mainly suffered simply because it had a lower budget and no Creature-Shop effects. But as for the figure; yeah, that's a huge bummer. I've actually seen reviews for the same set that were pretty good. I guess you just got a dud-set. Sorry. =(
