Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor while maintaining appropriate language for all ages, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

Horrible head sculpt, body is out of proportion, emblem looks terrible, shading is way off, gauntlet design is inaccurate. Neca's first terrible 1/4 scale figure

I love love love this figure i got mine at a toy and game store here in my state for 25 bucks he was 75% off!! I'm so happy with this figure after Keaton's 1989 Batman he is my second favorite batman. I have both 1'4 scale figures . I plan on picking up the Arkham knight figure next. Great job Neca!!! Keep them coming!I'm hoping for a Batman returns Batman figure as well .

I would actually love Cosplay Chris doing a custom of this figure by making the colors more screen accurate by doing the black shoe polish brushing he does to make the shading pop since the neca scale figure looks too clean compared to the movie

***** Pretty sure we all know that itvwas just him stated on opinion on that and the only thing custom really that Cosplay did was repaint the jax pacfic figures well, expect the armor one he not only repainted it but made a custom base even light up eyes on it regardless, it's just somethibg interesting to see what people do to improve mass produced figures

I have this figure and it's badass once you have it in your hands. My girlfriend loves it. I will say If you buy it get a figure stand for it. When she got home from work she found it on the floor. The figure is very heavy and well made. I have to check the alignment of the bat logo because I didn't notice that issue on my figure.

I have to say this is probably the least accurate I've seen. Not only does the face sculpt look strange (long face like you said) there is way too much gapping in the joints, and worst of all, the color of the suit is suppose to be a very dark charcoal gray (almost black) so this light grey suit is way off. Overall it has the look of a Chinese knock off fake. That is not good considering is from NECA who usually gets it right. The cowl, cape, boots and gauntlets are very nice.

Is it just the angle that he's photographing it from, or does the area from the edge of the wing to the tip of the ear on the left side look shorter than it is on the right? Plus the right side seems rather lower than it is on the left. Just plain crooked in all kindsa weird ways.

Are you serious? I think it's actually the worst Batman figure ever. The head looks squashed, ugly (what's with the 3 notches under his bottom lip???), the body is completely out of proportion, the suit texture is way big, the accessories look cheaply made etc. The infinitely cheaper Jakks figure has a much better head sculpt. It's only a child's toy but I'd rather have that on display than this. I guess if you're happy having paid so much for it that's all that matters. I'm saving my money for the smaller Hot Toys version.

What are you guys talking about? Me personally I love this figure. Head sculpt is pretty good, The detailing on the grapple gun and batarangs are absoultely amazing and It's shadowing and little cuts in the suit stand out. Me personally I think NECA did an absoultely fantastic job on this :)
