Neck lifting face yoga routine with Tamu

Hello lovely face yogi’s 💕 Here is a fabulous, easy and effective face yoga routine for lifting and smoothing the neck area. Follow this routine daily and you will soon see and feel a difference.
Practice at your own level and remember to breath.

Hi. What do you suggest for wrinkles on the chin & these indents. My derm calls it a golfball chin. I wonder if massaging that area will help. I've been doing that daily for a few weeks but not noticing anything yet. Look forward to hearing from you

My neck is fused so i can not fully rotate, are there exercises to compensate this?
