As a former LEO, I got in 6 cruiser accidents in my career, each time my neck getting tweaked or whiplash. Started doing neck exercises in the latter part of my career and got rear needed again but due to the stronger neck muscles this time, the following day I was fine. Strengthening the neck is a must!

Perfect timing! So like DJ, I've had neck issues and they freakin' humble you. Migraines, pain, and worst of all, vertigo. Strength training has helped me get much better, but still not where I want to be. Will definitely incorporate these in my next workout. Cheers brothas 🤙

I was left with neck bruises after I've tried this and my dad thought that i have a boyfriend 😅. Witchcraft training indeed,but helps so much, even with the headache.

Have you hand by the seems of you pants lining not at the front when doing neck rotations. Those small internal rotation at the shoulder makes a difference.
