No, because you are looking at air levels and must have a horizontal beam.

im a student, my tech tells me to angle it which i never understood lol and she makes me get the nose soft tissue skin margin which he was cutting off. but when im a tech ill do no angle

What MAS would you use for the lateral and for the AP

My clinical instructor told me it should be half the mAs you would normally use for a C Spine so about 12 mAs for the lateral and 6-8 mAs for the AP.
