Thanks for the update Bob. I'll be waiting for that cooler box video. I doubt if I ever build one, but I think they're neat. My son built one and he did a nice job on it, but he has a small dip somewhere at the union of the valve and the cooler. Your dog was sitting proud on your lap. Looks like a nice companion. My Buddy gets in a photo bomb once in a while in my shoots.

I'll second (or third) Matthias' gear generator program. He also has his Big Print program that will print any size image across multiple pieces of letter sized paper with alignment lines. I use it and love it. I've printed huge patterns for wall logos and it works great.

Here's a link to Matthias Wandell's gear generator. It is a web-based program, no need to download it. woodgears.ca/gear_cutting/template.html If you need large gears, he also has a "Big Print" program that lets you scale up and tile your project.
