The"Patient or Donor" could mean Mundo cleaves the Patient to 'heal',while he also cleaves the Donor for thier body parts. Then again, have anyone seen Mundo's surgery that involves stitching someone else's body parts in? I doubt that.

Most people in zaun have artificial body part. I think what he mean by Donor is to literally rip their mechanical body part and used it to "cure" someone else

maybe its also referencing what the doctors in the asylum did. they "healed" the people there by slicing and they also made some of them to donors by also cutting off body parts. maybe mundo doesnt even know where the difference lies but heard that and now applies it...

I think he didn't expand much of the world, because it would have been a spoiler for the Arcane series that will be on netfilx, because if he does appear, evn for a second, then it will all connect, and they could even release more voice lines for him after the finale of the series or something.

Mundo is goofy and cheerful, but when you consider his context he is pretty much like that huge guy from the Outlast dlc that tries to transform you into his lover then gets disappointed. Pretty terrifying, specially considering how casually he talks about what he already has done.

"It's High Noon Somewhere in the world." is a line Mcree from Overwatch says and is a popular meme used in and outside of the Overwatch community. When Mcree uses his ult he constantly says "It's High Noon" even though it isn't so he says that line to cover it up. High Noon means "When the sun at its highest point." which basically translates to Twelve O'clock. So Mcree basically says "It's Twelve O'clock somewhere in the world." while Mundo says "It's Medicine O'clock somewhere." which also would mean that Mundo gonna give you your medicine even, though its not the time which Mundo usually gives a medicine. So like Mcree, Mundo also says "It's Medicine O'clock somewhere." to cover it up.

It would be nice to Singed being the one behind Mundo's transformation AND the purple chemical in both Mundo's canisters AND Arcane series. I feel like it would connect the world (or at least Zaun) and made perfect sense. Singed trying new super human drug, finding out that usage hinders mind... altered... and having Mundo as an experiment of how far it can actually get. Singed usually works alone from what we have seen in his story, but I don't feel like it being such a stretch to him having some underlings or even hidden facilities.
