That scene of Viktor is him going to the shimmer addict slum that Vi and Caitlyn went to in Arcane 1. In league lore Viktor went into Zaun trying to help the downtrodden and inadvertently started the machine cult. This might be the start of that story.

@@ladyhella7560 Essentially Viktor starts making prosthetics that save a lot of ppls lives. and these are bottom of the barrel victims of a massive gas tragedy. Zaun in the lore is actually much worse than Zaun in Arcane. lot of hopeless ppl who see Viktor as a prophet or something and start worshipping the prosthetics that saved their lives. They eventually become a cult like the adeptus mechanicus that views tech as superior to flesh.

One of Warwicks lines in-game when he meets Jinx is "You were there..." We all thought this was a reference to the accident in Episode 3. I think he's referring to Jinx being in Singed's lab. When we know that Warwick was hanging from the ceiling, and probably seeing it all.

Kinda agree, Vander was gone when Powder showed upin EP3, but Warwick was at least slightly conscious as he had just slashed Singed's face before Silco comes in with Jinx in EP8 (Lore: WW slashes Singed face with an acidic claw during one of the revival attempts, thus increasing the damage to Singed's face) You see him pulling stuck bandage from his face right before Silco kicks the door in, that was a fresh bandage, as years later a burn wouldn't be producing effluvium that would cause a bandage to adhere to a scar.

Its an exact depiction of the scene were shes calling out for Vi to come back and Silco finds her instead.

That leaves a very elderly Camille to become head of the house. Her desire for vengeance but inability due to her old age convinces Jayce to craft her new legs and body which are unveiled after a time skip.

So far in any YT trailer analysis, nobody mentioned pretty much spoilery part that was revealed at Annecy meeting in France where Fortiche and Riot creators talked about animation and process of making season 2 - there are no photos or videos - but people on twitter summarized what will happen to Vi - a dark point of her life (alcohol, fighting in a pit to survive, thinking about Cait all the time, how she has nobody to protect anymore etc.) mirroring trauma that Jinx went through in season 1 - also suggesting that this will happen in act 2 - and more than likely suggesting that yes, everything in the trailer is pretty much happening in first 3 episodes. Season 2 fcking hype!

I think she’s gonna step into the power vacuum left by Silco, as Jinx really doesn’t have a leader personality. I recon she made the chem suits and weapons we see in this trailer, as they are of a much cleaner design than Jinx’s contraptions. As for Camille, with the power source of Piltover moving from Skarner’s people to arcane, this season provides the perfect opportunity to rehash her lore. While the power vacuum of Piltover could be filled by Ambessa, I think it would be an interesting for Camille to step in almost as an “emergency” leader for the enforcers, trying to vie for power against Medarda

@@minigovroom8344 i think is the opposite if there's a big noxus piltover crackdown making a premature big move to try and claim Zaum just puts a big target on your head and we know Renata doesn't just work in Zaun she also sells and works on piltover so she doesn't need to hurry up to try and claim Silco's spot and the chem suits are the same we already saw in season 1 with Silco most likely made by Singe. Then Camile care only about her family taking a position as an enforcer from outside the forces now first wouldn't be easy and it wouldn't be beneficial for her family now in the middle of the chaos she would have to work and answer for piltover and not just her family, plus putting a spotlight on herself that she doesn't want as she works for her family even if its in ways that aren't clean by the law, with Hextech just now entering the picture in piltover if her family is in the business she would be busy trying to make sure they're the ones to monopolise the importation of the crystals from whenever the lore will make them come from now, she could try to fill in a corrup cop but it would be harder with the events of the last season and people like Cait more involved in the enforcers

(Likely Vander's pipe too) Additionally, the Viktor scene is not likely him fighting Ryze - that makes no sense. What is more likely the case is Viktor needs more Shimmer to complete his transformation. The people rushing him look like the homeless Shimmer addicts. He's likely down there in that section looking to get more from them.

Also! My duded center left at 4:54 is the old man Enforcer that Mel sweet-talked to buy Jayce and Viktor more time to perfect the Hextech. It's an honor guard. Dress Unis, Parade Attention stance, clear blue skies in the background. None of the Noxians are holding weapons, which is super uncharacteristic of them. Embessa's majordomo guy was holding that big-ass Halberd every scene we saw him. It's too dressed up and it looks _damn_ somber. That's a funerary procession. Possibly even a handover.

Vi grabbed the goggles form the Jinx Tea Party which she left behind, the pillar area, the second pillar is Vander and the fire behind where she was left by Vi, the third is the representation of Clagor and Milo that she sees haunting her mind, the "Scuttle Crab" Is the Bullet barrage she fired at Silco killing him and how it left her shattered further. All the pillars are moments that left her damaged

5:13 I think that's an honor guard. The Enforcers are wearing the same dress uniforms they were wearing after Jinx blew up the university. The Noxian gear is also hooded, which has some "death shroud" vibes. We've seen Embessas soldiers before, they wear pretty standard Noxian kit. This looks like they're performing a funeral salute. Which would also explain Embessa donning a highly decorative dress uniform over her combat leathers. Her shoulder pad and body armor are much more practical, and the Noxians are nothing if not practical. Plus, the golden mask is the same shape as the Wolf Mask on Kindred. And we know how much Noxus likes their wolves. To me, this gives me vibes of Embessa bringing Mel "home." The enforcers escorts the casket to the sky dock, where the Noxian honor guard takes over, salute death (Embessa's mask), and collect their fallen daughter. Embessa probably stays behind to take over Mel's empire and bring her killers to justice. But I'm telling you, that's not an invading army. That's a respectful honor guard. Does she keep some around? Yeah. I bet she hunts down the Chem barons and consolidates their power. I bet she's the one coming for the Swiss Army Yordle and Sevika.

And maybe Viktor went down there to "help" them. Glorious Evolution and all that. "We could be improving lives NOW." - Totally not tragic character Viktor.

Something I found really odd was that Jayce didn't appear in any of the shots. I think they are trying to bait to conclusion that he is dead but it doesn't make sense to me. Someone had to have repaired Vi's gauntles and crafted Caitlyn's hextech riffle. Still, I'm open to surprises.

Seraphine should definitely show this season too. Shes literally the only person who wants to find harmony between Zaun and Piltover from the moment she was born. Yes brackern crystal story needs to be reworked but i feel like they could have kept the brackern crystals and then had jayce invented the synthetic crystals as the hexcrystals. But we will see

Little thing I thought about with the possible spoiler at the end Caitlyn's mom was at the position furthest from the window, so she'd be the least likely to get hurt if it detonated on the Council Room. If other council members survive, either Jinx's rocket traveled straight through the window and hit Cait's mom or something/someone intervened.

I am very nervous about this season. We know that the writing team is definitely very different from season 1s writing team, and with it being the final season I think things might be getting rushed. Unless this thing is longer than 9 episodes I am very nervous they’ll not be able to pay off every characters journey.

I really hope we get to see some sort of a mirror moment of powder's first bomb in S1E3 compared to her bomb going off in the council. It would be an absolutely horrible experience to go through right at the start of the season with shards of the bomb ripping council members apart, as a variant of "dear friend across the river" plays, having to see some council members die and left wondering who survived later on.

Something that I very much remember since the 10th Anniversery Eddittion by Riot when announcing Arcane is there that scene on 1:27 with the guy with long hats really reminding me of Smeech's hat (one of the barons) maybe it's one of the goons. Vi's gauntlet shields were already shown in Season 1 in her fight with Sevika. Also, it looks likely that the Chem-Barons are infighting in the power vacuum left by Silco's death, not turning against Zaun itself, as you seem to have implied.

honestly, if they keep changing the designs I'm all for it, League's designs work for a fantasy videogame, but for a series the designs have to make sense in that world and Cait's tophat would be ridiculous on her in the context of Arcane, and Viktor is going to be heavily redesigned to match the series' style

the crab motifs drawn my jinx is vi's monster form. when they were children (i forgot what episode but the one where cait and vi were at vi's childhood home) they used to makeup monsters and vi said hers was a crab with spikes something like that. i just rewatched s1 and i still forgot.
