I'm playing my C6 Triple-Crowned Noelle on 3K Defense atm. I'm waiting for Itto's banner to rerun, so I can grab his weapon for her. Otherwise, I have her Whiteblind and an extra Wolf's Grave to try on her. This banner was actually a great banner for me. Won both weapons with 2 copies of Widsith in 10 pulls. Then I got my C0 Zhongli his C1. Let's see if I get Furina later.

Noelle C6 basically turns all her DEF into an attack bonus for her ult, so the tankier she is, the stronger she becomes. C6 basically singlehandedly turns her into a Sub DPS or Main DPS with the right build
