Sounds interesting. 20% damage buff from barons plus the extended Dots (translating into damage). Will give that a try as well

What loss of control effects are used in this build? Also, it probably wouldn't work on bosses, since they're immune to loss of control effects.

U at the same lvl and reso ish as me. But iv gone full reforge sets. Works real good. That's cost more plats than gems for me lol. 1k plats a time then reroll again haha. 😊.

Though I tend to prefer summons myself, this is an interesting build for those who - as you say - don’t like summons or aren’t built for them. A few points: 1) I would definitely try 4 vithus / 4 grace with this build, considering all the continuous damage and individual sources of damage. 2) most damage buffs from essences don’t stack. Have you confirmed that gatefysk helm stacks with the chest you’re using? If not, another helm that could be great for this build is the one that grants corpse lance a bleed. 3) as iirc you pointed out on tempest, essences that modify your primary attack often don’t stack with ones that replace it with something else. Have you confirmed that the bone spear dot mainhand works while your grim scythe and corpse lance buffs are up? A great alternative for this slot imho would be either immolatoria (aoe) or pleasant venom (single target), as I use in two of my full summons necro vanguard builds.

Damage buffs from essences dont stack, i agree. The helm is armor break and chest is damage buff. So these would stack. however, i agree that the corpse lance decay effect from helm is also a good alternative. Have not tested if armor break would give more damage or the Decay. The primary attack essences don't stack a lot of the time. Here it works like demon hunter where skills proc off from primary attack. So per-se the primary is not buffed in that sense. its just that these skills proc from primary. The poison golem i have heard does not have good Ai. Probably VK said it in a video? Usually Fire golem is considered a better one.

They stack , only time they don't stack is if you have 2 essences on main hand or off hand for a skill , u can't have 2 piece of equipment on same hand for one skill .. pay attention

Hello sid, need help,my barb cr42k and my paragon is 502 right nw .My challenger riff is 293 n going 294 n challenger riff recommend is:41678 cr but the problem is i almost cant kill those mobs n fail to kill the final boss.Is this is a bug ?Are this bug effect at all sever?Hope the developer improve this tq

My resonance is slightly higher than that of your character. Got decent legendary gems as well. I copied most of your setup (save for the green set and reforge). But for the life of me I can't ever get above 40 million damage per second!!! I don't know what I'm missing... Btw, you didn't share the primary gems you were using. It would have been useful.

Green set items plays a huge role in getting high damage numbers. The legendary gems i have shared in the video. what i did not show in the video were my gears. Most of my gears have intelligence which boosts damage. And also fortitude helps. Also the gears have crit chance in 6 pieces. My normal gems are mostly at rank 6. Red sockets in rings also i did talk about runes and reforges. All small things like these add up. Check your damage number, mine was 27k iirc.

@@siddgang Thanks a bunch for your detailed reply. Given my lesser optimised setup (and slightly lesser DMG at 26k), I did expect a performance gap... but not to this humongous extent 😑 I'll try and optimise further.

You’re not gonna get 40 mil per second. My burst is 13 mil per second but that falls off.

@@AlphaConde-qy7vi ah ok. I thought you just added a zero by mistake. I play at 9.4k resonance and I hit around 5.5-6 mil per sec and burst at 13 mil per sec.
