Played a dwarf run. Got the cheap cannon event twice in the first map, started with one and bought 1 more. That's 1 unit of warriors and 4 cannons by the end of map one. No one survived.

Haha, that's pretty great. I had a similar one but it was a mix of goblins and elven bolt throwers + some longrifles, so not as devastating but still fun.

So originally I wasn't a big fan of the undead... and then I did a run which started with Vampire Knight, 2x Fell Bats and Dread Knights. It made me the fastest starting army I ever tried and was a whole lot of fun.

Same, I thought they were fine at first when I used wight guards and other infantry and maybe a cav unit. But once I tried their mobile stuff, they were so much more fun.

You’ve gotten so good at this game Grouse, it’s a pleasure to watch you play. Wish I had your patience for bad rolls, the amount of times I’ve ended a run off a bad match is embarrassing 🙈 Side note did you hear the nest dlc is gonna be dark elves apparently?

@@newyakkocity8267 Thanks, I'm glad you enjoy it! Haha, bad rolls is just part of the game for me, so all you can do is laugh at your misfortune and recover. :) I hadn't heard but if that is true that is awesome. Finally the good elves!

I think, technically, if you get the necromancer on a living mount (such as a T-Rex) then it would use the necromancer's discipline on a lost combat. It's just the situation is so rare that it is functionally useless.

I thinking that spear unit with dark gift and extra skill was sooo powerful if you manage that combo....

@@applemania7028 that is a pretty nuts combo. Throw on a cursed standard as well and then you're really having a good time.

@@danielhuggins4462 I have kinda fallen of ck3 a bit for the moment. I'll probably do a campaign when the next dlc comes out, but I have just been a bit disappointed with the last dlcs so I've been focusing on other games. But I will come back to it, mostly just taking a bit of a break.
