I love the new take on the Spyrer Suits - somewhat elegant and yet also unsettling in the inhumanity of the physique that the wearer must have in order to be able to use it, and clearly employing heretical Xeno-tech of some sort in its creation that would doubtless raise eyebrows among the Ordo Xenos should they hear about it. Still, my favourite part of this forthcoming release is definitely those Malstrain Genestealers. They are like something drawn straight from nightmare; mutated, corrupted and degenerate, and yet still clearly utterly lethal. It is also a clever way to have Genestealers in the game, but keep them depowered enough that they can reasonably be hunted by Spyrers (instead of ripping the noble idiots a new one instantly as a normal Purestrain certainly would), and also explains why the Cult's psychic signal has not (yet at least) drawn a Hivefleet to devour the planet - because the mutated Genestealer Cults signal is just distorted enough that the Hive Mind has (so far anyway) shown no interest in following it to Necromunda.

Those mutated Genestealers remind me of the creatures in Pandorum. Looking so good. I also love the idea that a hapless Imperial scientist managed to accidentally create possibly the only organic thing the Tyranids don't want to consume, effectively protecting the entire planet - albeit for the low-low cost of his own life and the near total destruction of one Hive City. When's this out? I might need to start saving...

I don't know why but I always like these ugly looking models like the Gellerpox Infected, the Genestealer Abominant or the Accursed Cultist, the uglier the better and Malstrain Genestealers are looking great.
