Necromunda is a great game once you get your head around all the different rules. It's not helped by the number of different books with rules spread out around them, but as a game to have fun with friends and run a campaign, it is just brilliant!!! Thanks for the video!

There bringing out a book that includes rules for Malestrain Tainted gangs shortly, so you can take a more mainstream version of the stuff in the box into the main game.

Genestealer Corrupted Gangs from The Book of Ruin have access to Aberrants, you could use the Malstrains for that in "regular" Necromunda. According to the WarComm articles, there are 4 more types of Spyrers beside the Orrus. I'm *ass*u*me*ing that the rules for them will be in the upcoming Book of the Underlands. But it has just been pre-previewed so far so no telling when it is actually coming out.

This game has got me very interested. I'm going to be making a house greim astra militarum squad for bug hunting and retrieval of lost stc's and equipment. Just imagine finding a baneblade in the lower hive.

Yeah. You can play Necromunda as one-offs, with one other person. Maybe taking turns as to who sets up the scenario. I actually like it as a variant skirmish game. We just play on Octarius and ITD terrain because that’s what I’ve got :).

Great video. Well reviewed. I love your backdrop!! This box though. Its a lot of money these days. $10 worth of plastic, a book, some cardboard, some paper. And you get terrain bits!!! Not Even real terrain! That's a lot of money to add to my PILE OF SHAME! TBH, it would probably sit in the corner of my room unpainted and unbuilt for so long that GW would change the rules, lol! Yeah, RENT and My Family first. I do like your video though.

What terrain would you need to fill the spaces on this map? You mentioned also needing general zone mortalis terrain, but not which packets nor how many.

A zone mortalis columns and walls set would give you a super dense board with the secundus terrain

I would love to watch.a game of Hive Secondus being played out if you have the time to record it. Does it have rules for fighting over multiple levels in the book that comes in the boxed set or is it just set on a ground floor level?

This is best for an experienced player to teach another. It’s basically guided PvE, but contains the full rules. For two beginners I’d still recommend the Hive War box as it contains two regular gangs and a simplified ruleset that’s a bit easier to figure out. It also has basic rules for the main Houses, so you can use it to start a group.

If you are into narrative gaming you should try Mordheim. It’s Necromunda but faster and smoother (and rules are online for free)

Ash Wastes is a massive commitment with the need for vehicles and best needs a large group with an experienced Arbiter. This box is assemble, grab a friend, and go.

I’m playing a long game. Slowly seduc- sorry! “Got three friends into” Kill Team cause I don’t really know how much a scene is near me. We all play pretty casually using my models.
