Was vulkan he'stan embarked at the start of the game? This would mean the seeker of the unfound giving him OC10 on a target objective couldn't be triggered wouldn't it?

You are correct however As I know this is the case, I started Vulkan on the board and then embarked turn 1! You should be able to see his unit standing on top of the ruin in the bottom right of top down camera!

@michaelcostello6962 thanks for the response. I should have paid closer attention 🙈 loving these games featuring your salamanders. I have been taking a few tricks of yours to my own games. The extra movement to get the heavy intercessors on an objective then following up by embarking the infernus is something I hadn't considered before now. Very tricksy. I have been seeing the unit I start with being sort of locked to that particular transport.

In my salamanders I have a land raider crusader,repulsor and impulsor, 6 agressors with captain, vulkan with 10 ifernus, 5 sternguard with lieutenant with p.s and volkite pistol then use eradicators with apothecary and adrax with bladeguard Looking at adding a tech marine myself maybe leading some on foot assault intecessors Also poss brutalis dred, librarian with s.g or infiltrators What you think?

I asked it already last time but was denied an answer! I demand to know how Michael painted up his beautiful salamanders! ;) Also: Firestorm got nerfed hard in the last BD. How do you, Michael, play around those disadvantages? Of course you include JPIs in your list which are great but i cannot see a LRR anymore for example because it is probably too expensive for you. At what point do you say, "Ok F*** it, this was fun, but until there are buffs to Firestorm again, let's play Gladius (or any other detachments for that matter), at least they have good/useable Stratagems." ?
