"Diminished to b" is the song name, referring to Diminished scales/arpeggios/whatever being played in the key of B. However the lyrics do go "Diminished to be", which makes sense in English, even though it's awkward to say. It means the exact same as if you were to say "to be diminished" (that doesn't really need an explanation haha). But yeah it's not a typo, the song title is a play on words, but it makes sense both ways, which is why the lyrics include the other way.

It's a musical thing... Diminished is a type of pattern on the guitar often used by Muhammed and other artists like Jeff Loomis. "B" is the key it's in - Diminished forms/scales/solos in the key of B. It makes absolutely not sense to be "be".
