I heard through a friend of a friend (quite a reliable source), that necrophagist was done because Muhammed found a very prolific and interesting job as an engineer somewhere in Germany. I just don't know why they don't just say officially that they're dead. After so many years, I doubt they're waiting todo a ''comeback''. Plus, there's so much pressure on them. What if they release a new album like 20 years after Epitaph and everybody doesn't like it because of outrageous expectations ? I'd rather listen to the progish project Muhammed and Marco Minemann had for a while than a new Necrophagist album personally.

Its sad that there is no third album because they already finished at least one of them ( dawn and demise, they played it live ). But once muhammed said he's done with relapse records. Maybe he didnt found a label which he was happy with.
