Spider-Man is Sombra without invisibility. You sneak up behind to kill a support then dip. Pretty much stealthy. Magik is more doomfist just with a sword, close range, lots of damage and even gets armor after her hits.

@@seanwuzhere12 yeah true ig, and at higher ranks magik should honestly be played to help the tanks with frontline, using her minion to build shields and ult to then enable you to take more risks; especially if you don't have portal team up solo diving with her is riskier than doing so with BP or Spidey as she needs to use her dash to deal significant burst damage and combo/anim stack and get in range, and her 2 dash portals are often just not enough to get her out of danger, their movement speed is only slightly higher and it's only a few s, you'd honestly rather just use them for animation stacking the 360 slash with the dash. Besides, her ult is good enough to justify a passive playstyle to play for ult, as long as she doesn't get stunned, she can easily team wipe (personally, I like to avoid spaces close to supports or if I must, I try one shotting a support first with 360 slash and dash stack)

I wish Spider-Man had 2 charges of his E, and on a short cd, similar to uppercut. Or maybe he refreshed cd on kill or smth. Idk. Just feel so uncomfy when it’s down, but there’s no way to get it back. Have to wait 8 seconds no matter what.

You want an auto target combo skill that's a pull to target/hook to have multiple charges and a lower cd? Lol. Theres a reason the skill has a 8 sec cool down. When its comes to assassins, Magik's dash is a 7 sec cool down, which one shots with the right animation cancel. Black Panthers dash is a 7 sec cool down on missed reset, basically a one shot with dash resets. Spider-mans E ability is buggy as hell, if anything Spider-man is overtuned and people are downplaying him so hard. Fix his buggy ass E skill before considering any buffs.

To add to this, you cant even tell that you have Spider-mans debuff on you from his web shooter. The debuff icon only shows for him. He just teleports in your face and does his one shot combo

@@elieandi6355 last I checked it does show up for both people, same as BP, unless it’s bugged. Also if it’s a short cd, like 2 seconds, that should be plenty of time for supports to peel him back to full, not to mention he’s still bottle necked by his spider tracer slow auto-reload. If it’s refresh on kill, it’s even more rewarding for more skilled players, and less rewarding for those that aren’t. Either way it would be far from the most broken thing in the game, it still wouldn’t help him with the fact that he’s incredibly squishy and can’t stay in a fight long at all, and he’d still be constrained by both his uppercut and spider tracer cd. Rn we’re already doing the same thing with the drive by tech, it’s just less reliable and does a bit less damage. But in terms of damage, Spider-Man has on average likely the lowest per 10 of any dps, so I hardly find giving him a bit more per 10 to be an issue.

@@kingtaj772you are looking too hard at the numbers, value isn’t about the per 10. His value comes from his assassin style gameplay which attributes to more picks instead of steady damage. Hyper mobility gets him from spawn to the fight in record time and your team has to look at him or it’s a farming simulator (like in the video 😂). I like spidey but he’s meant to be a hard but very rewarding hero

@@AhNerd I agree, and I don’t think that he should have a high per 10 considering his playstyle, but never the less, he creates 0 pressure when he doesn’t get a pick, and he can still be out healed when he does dive (which is fair, bc there should be some sort of way to survive other than nearly impossible to hit cc). With that said, I think he should have more frequent impact than once every 8 seconds. Like I said, the best Spider-Man players are already doing this in a pseudo way by using one swing to do a drive by uppercut. I just think it should be more official so his impact is more than once every 8 seconds. He’s already very difficult, and very squishy, and this won’t change that. In the tournament he was nearly unplayable by the end, and even Necros gave up entirely on Spider-Man. It’s pretty evident that in the current meta Spider-Man slightly underperforms, and I think allowing him to get his uppercuts off more reliably instead of relying on a drive by tech will give him just enough of a power boost to make him more on par with the value of other dps while still being high risk high reward and high skill. Again, since he’s still bottlenecked by his upper cut cd, I don’t think it’ll break him at all. More similar to a QoL but a little stronger.

I've noticed that outside of webbing someone and pulling towards them, it is hard to actually hit people. You can't really just land on someone and start punching, you'll get rocked hard for that mistake. I can't tell if Rocket is just extremely hard for spiderman to hit, or if anyone with mobility (mostly aerial) is hard for Spiderman to hit outside of webbed pull. Maybe just pull people into your team if no one is easily killable?

Yeah even necros usually only uses right click e to initiate any attack or if that's on cd he just right clicks, swings and uses the momentum to uppercut somewhat safely

It's important to have high skill champs like this in the game, as it makes it more worthwhile being a dedicated main. plus his pickrate is pretty average, in casual play he is the 9th most picked out of 23 heroes, and in ranked he is 14th most picked out of 23 heroes. by no means is he in the lowest % Spidey is a popular character and mains are definitely more likely to buy skins for him as well, so im not worried in the slightest. can i ask your thought process behind this comment? feels grounded in personal bias and opinion
