I hear this company Nectar takes months to ship you the base I've heard from multiple people they received the mattress within 2 weeks but have been waiting for the bases

I ordered Cyber Monday. The mattress took a few days, the base arrived last week. We just set ours up and are having a problem with the mattress retainer not holding the mattress.
