thats not a muzzle flash thats an explosion like a c4 or a grenade 14:59 i am in 4k UHD i slowed the video down to 25% speed i have screen capped that area 1 frame before during and after the explosion in that looks to be in the woods.. i do not see anything there ... i think its just a part of the explosion animation from the door and from the camera angle it just appears to be happenig in the woods and that its actually happening next to the door above the wooden fence/wall it happens at the exact same time as the door blowing up too if it were a muzzle flash it would have happened before the door explodes because yes in this game you have to lead your shots which means the projectile from the weapon (bow, crossbow, rifle, rpg, etc) takes time to get there .. also there is no projectile from that location that can be see heading to the door either .. which yes .. you can see the arrow, bullet, tranq dart, rocket, etc flying through the air when fired. in short there is no muzzle flash in the woods and the explosion to the right of the door is part of the explosion animation from the door causing an optical illusion due to camera angle to appear as if there is a muzzle flash in the tree line

That's similar to what I was thinking but it looked like there were multiple explosions at the top of the gate, perhaps someone was tossing out C4 and accidentally tossed one on the ground there. I doubt they'll show the tribe log though, perhaps it was whoever owned the turret they blew up.

Appsro, if you are on a flyer and want to get off the opposite side that you would normally get off, just hold the corresponding key for that direction “A” for left or “D” for right respectively whilst climbing off of the flyer and you should hop off on that side. I love you guys and all your content and I hope this helps!

Since appsro brought it up, yes it's 6 seconds between shots to get the full torpor. You can also just use dododex, it will tell you how much you need for every possible weapon, ammo, how much of every food you'd need, the expected stats it will have. With dododex you dint need to wait between shots, if you know it's level you know the exact amount to shoot to down or kill any animal.

You know the door you found last week is the door to the final boss. It lets you proceed to another map & your characters all gain extra levels when completed. Unfortunately though you need to do the Red boss for the maximum level gain plus it gives you extra things to learn like Tech stuff. You've done them already in previous Ark games.

if its a high level animal, u can hammer the darts or arrows into it right away. but slow your shots down as you keep tranq'ing. 5-8 seconds between shots is your goal, and will prevent you from over doing, or hurting your tame.

You CAN dismount to the left, right and rear on console. You hold the left stick in the desired direction then dismount. I bet it can be done on PC somehow!

idk if they changed it in ASA, but in classic Ark, leveling your Oxygen stat increases your swim speed. Not a lot, but it can help if you need to dive in and grab your stuff back. I wouldn't put a lot of levels into it though. Maybe 5-10. Of course, if you really want to swim faster you need to make the Scuba fins, but you guys aren't there yet. Also, it's possible that whoever said the thing about pressing Q to get off a saddle on the other side was using a mod and didn't realize that feature was part of it.

I figured out how to get off on the left by myself a few days ago on consoles. Hold left and dismount :P Also, I'd just started building a base right around where Neebs has his planned earlier today. I had been toying with the idea since oil is so easy to get nearby, but it felt like a sign when I found a decent level Tek Raptor there while searching for a Tek Stego I had seen a few in-game nights before... So I've tamed 5 things from this area and am currently babysitting a 6th. That big rock is going to be my Flyer base, and I'll leave my original southern base as a big-ass farm and kitchen until I get the rest of my industrial stuff up here in the northwest. The big decision I need to make is where to put my Industrial Forge, but I have a feeling if I set it up with a dedicated Fabricator and Chem Bench, I won't need to worry all that much about transportation. Otherwise, I'll need to train up a small fleet of Argies to fly around bulk amounts of metal.

The wall blowing looked like either it was blown up with a rocket or C4. For argy taming, I've seen people put down sleeping bags and sacrifice themselves or drag dead bodies for them to eat and heal up while taming them. The argies take extra damage from crossbows.

With tranq arrows it’s best to wait at least 3-5 seconds between shots to maximize torpor gain since it deals initial torpor on hit then some over time

when it comes to tranqing it depends on the weapon your using and the quality of the weapon. example if your using a crossbow compared to a rifle with tranqs the rifle will do more torpor but if that crossbow is of high quality because it does more damage it will add more topor to the target. so no you dont have to wait between shots technically its more if you want to conserve your tranq ammo. so summary better weapon and better quality weapons add more topor based on the damage of that weapon
