I didn't realize there were track descriptions in the game too. I was kind of hoping that the Proving Grounds description would tell who the heck the guy in the silhouette is supposed to be. Is that Chakan The Forever Man or something?

Yes and theres also track descriptions on NFS3 too but then they stopped doing it on NFS: High Stakes( at least in the PS1 Version dont know about The PC Port). Now about that guy in the Proving Grounds... I have no clue and i guess it will always remain a mystery cause i always wanted tô know about too🤣🤣🤣
