I'm currently replaying this game and "feels unfinished" is the best way to describe this game. Yes, the customization is the deepest it's ever been up until this point, but I feel like there should be more options, the campaign is extremely short, especially coming off most wanted's 15 bosses and their additional challenges, did black box forget about milestones? I have sold my starter RX8 and only have the RX7 and charger that I won from pink slip races so far, I haven't bought any other cars because at over 60% of the story, I have yet to unlock any cars that are actually worth buying. I also hate how replaying races will only pay $500, replaying races was literally the best way to make and save money in most wanted

5:55 this is not true, you don't have to earn parts for every car. you have to earn parts for every car tier (there are 3 tiers in total) and this only applies to performance parts, not cosmetics.

Most wanted did not have little story? I could understand how it would be “repetitive”, having to do the challenges to defeat blacklist members but to say most wanted has little story is really a bad statement imo

Carbon had a feeling of crusing instead of racing. Really,no matter what other players will say about this game,it was having a s*hit uncompetitive AI compared to mw 2005

I just dont like that you dont even need to switch cars. I have replayed recently and just used RX 7 to defeat the whole game, then bought supra just for fun drifting build as well as skyline, but both of those after finishing the campaign. Feel like dlc would boooost carbon to another level

Yes, there is! The game has 4 camera modes, plus 1 which is a camera mode only used in drift events. Close, Far, Front Bumper, and Hood/Bonnet camera. The drift camera can be unlocked for any other event using a script mod called Extra Options.

nfs most wanted and carbon better on X360 than pc

PC version of Carbon can easily be fixed with the Widescreen fix mod, Extra Options mod (to unlock the DLC vinyls (which aren't that good imo), various quality of life improvements and some cheaty stuff too, but everything is optional so you turn it off easily) and the HD Reflections mod (you don't have to use it to increase the resolution of reflections, it can just be used to fix the broken reflections of the PC version). Most Wanted on the other hand still doesn't have a mod that makes it 100% up to par with X360, but it's close enough for now (majority of the stuff is there, except the car shadows stop working with the mods installed and I don't think the particle effects are changed to the proper X360 ones either).
