It's worth noting that for the timeline between the Carbon flashbacks and Most wanted Pro Street happened and the Protagonist went there to purchase a BMW E46 M3 and abandoned Darius's Supra in that very same place(It was mentioned as an easter egg in Pro Street)

I honestly really loved this review, it's just so straightforward and to the point, no intros, no outros, basically nothing extra, and I love the comedy that you added in it, too, this just shows that reviews don't have to be 1 or more hours long to do a great review like this one, you deserve a sub from me, brother! BTW, I highly recommend the NFS Carbon Battle Royale mod, it really makes the game the way it should've been, in the first place, no doubt about it. I've finished the base game like 5-6 times already, and I didn't get bored of it, one bit, despite it being a short game, overall.

Thank you. I'll definitely check out that mod in my next playthrough. Despite Carbon is a short game, I think that's the reason why I prefer replaying it over Most Wanted. Somehow it always feels fresh for me.

Each game takes place in the year it was released so obviously Need For Speed: Carbon is 1 year after the events of Need For Speed: Most Wanted, before the protagonist runs away it must be either 2004 or 2005 because the Aston Martin that Wolf is in driving was released in 2004

I still don't get why exactly we owe Darius money in the beginning. Because he helped us escape? And what was he trying to achieve in the first place? Stealing the money himself by switching the bags and then claiming we still owe him the money? Was that the whole plan?

Yes in the beginning he said he'd bailed us out two times already: first time was when he let us use his Supra to escape, the second time was when he payed off Cross to let us go. He did everything to switch the bags and take the money. He was only claiming we still owed him because we were not supposed to show up after what happened. So he had to keep lying otherwise it would have turned out that he switched the bags.

Well Darius realise that his car is not his car :)) the hero deserve r8.. in my opinion this and mw are the best nfs of all times, when nfs had a storyline and much more staffs to do in game quick custom races challenge series something that modern nfs games from this days don't have.. when devs put their passion and hard work first instead of graphics and money what they want today to pay only for graphic and no emotion story and the pleasure to race
