The chase camera is a bit too dramatic, soften some of its tilt during cornering and it should be okay to play with. Like the chase camera for NFS Rivals and Run was good that the player felt the weight of the vehicle at the same time was fully engaged with atmosphere. And majority of atmosphere is not about lighting or graphics, its about the sound. ...but so far, my hopes are high with this one.

Since racing video games have shifted their camera angles to look to where the driver would look and/or where you're going (ie around the corners, rather than towards the wall), this is another step in that direction. Either way, you can turn it off, so either way it's all good. I might try it myself, though.

Dinosbacsi I doubt the cars feel "auto-drifty and stupid". I reckon it will feel like NFS Rivals, where cars feel grippy but can slide out easily if you accelerate whilst cornering too hard. Ghost Games made Rivals and they are working on this but they are more involved and there is less of Criterion.

Not just as an ask to the devs, but you expect to see the finer details in the cutscenes as well. You really start to appreciate every car, every actor in the live cinematics, every visual even before the transition. Then you play the game and experience true bliss! It still amazes how gorgeous looking the graphics and art style were in 2015. Payback felt really dull and Heat couldn't match with the Miami vibe. I think that, if we ever get a ProStreet 2, the 2015 style should be carried over (with a great physics rework obviously)

What a solid title. Sure the driving can be a hit and miss, but god this game is still beautiful. I'd even argue it's still the best looking title that's ever released to this day. It even had the most legendary personas in the space, like Nakai-san, Ken Block and Magnus Walker. And finally, it's the last NFS to include Toyotas in the game. I hope you never die, NFS 2015.

Looks like most wanted 2005 with all the U2 customization on steroids. If they get the camera right and the physics engine fixed from the last couple of games we may have a winner again. 2005 was the last one I really enjoyed.
