yes the car is in the game you just need to finish the driving missions to get her super easy just go in the day in the car shop in nfs heat and you will see the car will be locked and will say you need to finish driving story to get her super easy for that you not need to make her just win the missions and got her i have her is super fun and easy to have her bc you no need to lose time to make her :D
