Wow, that was absolutely incredible! Basically a perfect 1:1 remake, which is all I ever ask for as a fan. It's amazing to see an uptick in NFS4 stuff this past year; I guess I wasn't the only one bitten by the NFS4 nostalgia bug! I'd love for the community to get together and create a "remake," as this is one of my most favorite games. I've actually made a couple mods upscaling some of the game's tracks, and eventually I want to upscale them all. Privately, I've even replaced all of the cars with higher detail, community-made ones, and improved them to be as close to EA-made as possible. If the day ever comes when the game is fully remastered by fans (or even by EA), your cinematic would be the perfect new intro, so thanks a lot for making it!

WHAT A COOL INTRO. Jesus, no wonder I fell in love with this game, and how it basically started my love for cars way back when I was 5. This remaster is 10/10 Perfection. Absolutely enticing, and made me feel like I started my PS1 up playing High Stakes for the first time. I yearned to get that C5 in real life and I did. I sold it, regret it, but im not meant to keep one yet.

@@tiedtkeio bought the wrong year. Don't get a C5 from years 1997-2000. Get the 2001-2004, because they don't have the computer chip issue where your HUD will constantly display an error message, and there's no fix for it. I got really tired of seeing "Service Engine Soon" where there was nothing needing to be serviced. I took that fucker to 185mph before I sold it and my God what an experience. Like floating on a cloud.

What I meant was the weird lighting on green light (likely an engine problem), uncanny car movement (too slow or too constant, shared with the original video) and the Porsche swinging in a little bit too fast to show its license plate, like it skipped a frame. Details I liked were the aforementioned tie-in to NFSU2, new voiceover ("Stop your car NOW!" reminded me of LTG, made me laugh), very pleasant camerawork (shake, zoom and blurring), gradual startup of that police cruiser and new downshift sounds for our beloved Corvette (even though there were no flames). Once again, I highly appreciate your work, just one artist talking to another, no disrespect intended. Good luck with your future projects!
