You didnt got the point of that quote. He meant what Countach did to the supercar industry, its a iconic design who is ahead of his time. Its so iconic it was represented in many types of media over the decades. Its the father of the wedged trademark design of Lamborgini. Some people will bring Miura but the one who truly made popular that format was Countach. The final version of countach from 1990 with spoiler is a masterpiece and is still beautiful today. Its one of these rare cases where a design simply dont age at all.

@LtCommanderTato I'm more than familiar with the impact that the Countach had on the industry, it's probably the most iconic wedge-car in supercar history. The joke was predicated on the literal, face-value interpretation of the quote. The fact that they brought back the nameplate for a special model with the same name decades later (which to my knowledge, they've never reused a model name after it was originally discontinued besides this) already speaks to how iconic and groundbreaking the Countach was to the supercar industry as a whole and to Lamborghini itself

@@ThrasherDBS Well, plain text tend to make difficult to detect jokes and sarcasm sometimes. I just saw too often used that Countach comment by young people i find it hard to notice the jokes. Now we are used to see new Lamborghinis pretty often, Countach was the face of the company for 16 years. There is a interesting story about a car named Cizeta Moroder V16T. It was based on early design of Diablo. Its a pretty obscure car.

Guess what. I found out. Its Bologna Stadium in Italy. You have to scroll trough couple of pics before you find that easily recognizable blue structure on top. Suspected Bologna because of Italian Supercar connections that town/city has.

Its nice to see again that car in the new NFS Heat, it has been auscent for 21 Years! But I hope this game when came out, it gaves the justice that it deserves as it was in this one or better. (for those people in the future when this game came to stores, this comment was made 2 days after the 1st trailer came out, before the gamescom gameplay demo came in).

New cars were not as groundbreaking as these cars. New ones are expensive only for being carbon fiber, they don't drive as good(looking at you maserati mc12). This was all aluminum.

Great looking car. However, while it was innovative in the 70s and stylish in the 80s(thus the stealth fighter, such wedge designs signified stealth back then), this game was launched in 1998 and in that game this car looks like some sort of anachronism. Performance also falls short of other cars in this game(including any other Lamborghini), right?
