This an homage, a tribute to the golden days of car films, like Vanishing Point, Smokey and the Bandit, Dirty Mary Crazy Larry, The Dukes of Hazzard, Gone in 60 Seconds (1974), etc.; the days when there was no CGI or green screen, when it was real people driving cars around for real. Never seen this movie but I'm impressed with how clear the camera work and editing is showing off obstacles the drivers need to work around. We see what they see as they are seeing it. Great visual directing. A lot of movies will not show the environment then have a character turn hard left and cutt to 2 cars flipping over for no reason.
