This looks pretty good for a BREW phone, it even has a pretty stable framerate on a semi-open world area, that's impressive.

An update for everybody concerned. I have finished playing the game. This version, integrated in EF91 contains only one area - Camden Beach. The area is broken into 4 sections. A race takes place in one section. There are three types of races: Outrun (9 races, including reversed sections); Blacklist Race, where you compete an antagonist (4 races); Speed Camera (8 races). This version of the game contains 7 playable cars: BMW M3, Audi TT Quattro, Renault Clio V6, Lotus Elise, VW Golf, Lexus LS 300, Toyota Supra. The BMW M3 is the car you have in the beginning of the game which is then stolen. You are unable to select it from the garage. You can select the other 6. Two other car models are cached in temporary files during the first race - some Porsche, and a Ford Mustang. Once you win against your 4th opponent, the game anticlimactically ends and credits roll in. You cannot change visual upgrades in the garage or select any music track. The full credits do contain information about licensed music. Interestingly enough, the progress list, once no other progress can be made in the game, indicates: Black List Defeated: 3/15; Visual Upgrades 15/75. Which is an indication on what the full game could contain.

DS version of Most Wanted is more focused on cornering, it's looking and plays better on original hardware, but you should skip the beginning as fast as possible, since high speed challenge becomes interesting exactly with final cars. For avoiding of crashes, there is different game on DS - Burnout

Holy hell I've been looking for this years now. Thanks !! I'm actually the guy who made the post on needforspeedtheories.boards.net you mentioned earlier in the ProStreet video. There's also another post I made regarding Most Wanted and Underground 2 BREW versions and I just shared your video there. I have a few questions about this game. 1. Can you play the game from start to finish or only the beginning ? 2. Does it have EA Trax/licensed music ? I also have another set of question that does not relate to the game. 1. About the ProStreet video you uploaded earlier, does the game have more than 8 cars ? 2. I actually know about the existence of a lot of BREW games including Ironmonkey's NFS BREW version from a forum post in allsiemens and have been keeping tab ever since. Unfortunately the website just died so a lot of the BREW games just got lost again. But I've seen you post on there before, any chance you want to reupload the BREW games on Web Archive or somewhere else ? 3. Do you managed to get Underground 2 work or not ?
@krzbrew4 жыл бұрын
Hi, Thanks for your post! I could play from start to the end. However, as for the filming I need to figure out how to do it. You see, (1) the pc program only emulates short keypresses. In order to gain momentum in the game and i.e. turn more, you need to emulate long keypresses. (You could hear how I smashed the buttons just to turn a little more). Therefore, (2) I need to play on the phone itself with my hands. From various footages of other people, it would be difficult to have a good, non-shakey picture. Also, as it is a used item, (3) the screen of the phone is scratched (here I was filming in a box, so no external light comes in and reflects on scratches). If now the picture quality is subpar, imagine this shaking and all scratched. There is music in the menu, and in the cases where you win and loose. So far, it did not trigger anything in youtube studio. The about screen does not tell about any licensed music. So, probably, no licensed music.

About your other questions: 1) ProStreet - there are 16 cars. 2) EDIT 01-06-2020: The forum is up again! 3) There is one issue with NFSU2 - the game is missing the data files. Unfortunately the data servers were already dead when I got it. If there existed a Symbian or N-Gage version, there is high chance that the data files were the same. Otherwise, no chance unless some phone surfaces up with the files.

@@krzbrew Actually there is hope in recovering NFS Underground 2 BREW, there's one developer I found on KZbin showing the mobile games he developed at Ideaworks3D which include NFS UG2. He even ran it on his PC. If you can contact him, you could possibly get the files from him. It's best to contact him privately since he does not seem to respond to the comments on that video. Also just for clarification, there is no Symbian or N-Gage version of the game. The archived Ideaworks3D website I dug said that it only released on BREW .Before that, I've found a fake sis file claiming to be the game and I believed it and put in on the forums for over a year until someone actually told me that it is a virus. Regretted that and I really hope I did not bricked someone Nokia. Here's the video link. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4XNoZqDhpmZrtU

It won't be easy, we're lucky to have BREW version of Most Wanted because it is built in game and by hearing Krz One explanation, this built in version might have some cut content that might have been in the paid version of the game (the same problem with the J2ME version of Most Wanted). Krz One if you're reading this, I have a few extra questions. 1. Does this game has 16 cars ? 2. Does this game has 5 distinct districts covering 6 distinct environments throughout the game (Beachfront, Residential, Resort, Industrial, Inner City, Commercial) ? 3. How about the customization ? How indepth are they ? 4. Does the game has more FMV cutscenes after this, something like the Blacklists intros ? I asked these questions from the informations I got in this archived web page. web.archive.org/web/20090225234626/www.eamobile.com/Web/eagames/mobile-games/need-for-speed-most-wanted As for Underground 2, unfortunately the game is trying to contact some servers which don't exist anymore.
