How to install the mod?

My memory is a little fuzzy since I last tried installing it but I basically followed the instructions in the mods description and extracted only the GLOBAL file (since I don't know how to use VltED myself for the other file) and copypasted it into the main directory folder for the game. At least as far as I can recall. I'd still recommend backing up the game just in case.
