If i remember the game. The Volkswagen Beetle can be found in parts around the map. And once you done building it, then it's just an artistic Workshop from there on in. I'm sure you could find KZbin videos on how to do it. mine is just a showcase video thing. This is also a pretty old video

Five parts of the car have been scattered around the map and u have to find them all. I recommend watching a KZbin video on where the parts are. That’s what I did
