Stop trading in your cards when they are a higher level. You had a level 11 block and got a level 13 and traded it in. Always take that as it improves your level. Once you have that 13 you'll start getting more 13's and level 14s too.

Forza Horizon 3 - Better graphics/Sounds -More Cars and more garage space - Better handling physics the cars do not slide every time you try to turn them. - Better and proper tuning options. - Easy and understandable upgrades to cars, don't have to pay $20k For a upgraded ECU. - Don't have to race for an hour to make 600k. - More racing objectives can race for Weeks be for completing every single race. Forza Horizon 3 is just a more enjoyable game overall. Need For Speed Payback - Better storyline - Better Customization including paint/wrap editor. - More race options like choosing a Drag build or a drift build or running from cops. Payback was really fun until I completed the story, Its missing that addiction to want to come back and play it...Only get on to customize now.

DopeTheKinGaming So is Forza Horizon it's an arcade racing game, Just because it's an arcade does not give it a pass if the physics are bad. NFS payback has a sticky feel to it I have problems when turning left then turning right and the car just instantly slides back and fourth...😂 I don't remember Underground and Hot pursuit 2 or even carbon being this bad.

I had the same thing happen with the cars not being unlocked that the game said I had unlocked. I closed the game and turned off my PS4. Turned everything back on, started the game and the cars were now unlocked.
