An obvious improvement on the stun mine would be to have cluster stun mines. Basically several stun mines packed into an artillery shell. So when you drop the shell behind you, it splits open and lots of stun mines scatter all over the road.

I always use turbo and ESF because the ESF also can stop EMP's, do massive damage and shoot them around, also it still works on lower levels where ShockWave sucks until level 3

This video is old asf but I'm still gonna leave my feedback. Shock wave is obviously the best, there is no point in talking about it, but i think you miss a couple things when talking about EF and Jammer. ESF: It CAN be used defensively, it counters rival's EMPs, mines and ESFs and its more useful when it comes to applying damage than shock wave if you pair it with a highly sturdy car, you just have to make sure to not hit a car before enemy techs hit u. Not saying its good enough, but there is more to it than what was mentioned. Jammer: I think this is the second best and I'm gonna explain why: First it nullifies MOST enemy techs, this goes for spikes, mines, ESFs, EMPs. Against AI this is all you basically get since they dont use the techs that much aside of spikes and EMPs,. The spicy part comes when its against players. You turn all their strategies into dust. Specially since players love to hit you with anything to make you lose control. Are they approaching to shock wave/shock ram/EFS you? Well they get jammed and shock waved themselves instead. EMP locked on you? not anymore. 3 road blocks ahead? Bye bye spikes. It just allows you to drive how you want since noone near you can use anything. It also blurs the map which can lead to players' confusion. Why I dont like turbo?: Easy. You lose control. It looks great on straight roads, but as it was seen in the video turns are quite hard, and random traffic can send you flying. With low control cars turbo is more of a nightmare than an aid.

I use the turbo with the jammer as if your surrounded by cops they mostly rely on weapons, using the jammer makes them completely unable to deal significant damage to you, to turbo away

acc to me for racer the turbo and esf is best and cop esf and emp what i do is i pull up behind a racer i launch the emp i let it lock and then when they slow down i ram them with esf on and then they are busted

Oh my god!!!!! I use turbo and shockwave as well. I like turboing past my opponents and shockwaving them backwards to put more space between me and them.

if the opponent is behind you and uses shockwave, you will have an enormous boost. though you take damage and lose control. works best on straight roads. just need the opponent's dumb ai-ness and off you go.

When you start a race and the racers have a jump start and when they are about to pass you you can shockwave them and it will take out most of the racers and you will be in a good position

How long until there's a DLC? that has SUVS and out of county police liveries? (Rockport, Seacrest, Tri-city bay, sunshine county, Federal police etc. ) they already have license plates, that don't fit with Redview county liveries.

I apparently.. use ESF and Shockwave when Grand Tour. you know even late,but my durability on veneno doesn't drop(except when collides with civilians or walls >>) police cant touch me at straight road only. but I have to use it alot because curve road,they just like jumps...

for me the first try on the grand tour I got busted with only 6 miles left but I used the pagani huayra and won the tour with a sizeable lead with a lot of health

***** I have to point out that the annoying burnout crashing is still in this game :/ . But they got rid of the takedowns and made the gameplay more decent. But yeah this game is pretty good. I just hate how the online works. Only 6 players at a time can play together.

I think you should buy it. It's a unexpected right-in-your-face type of racing game. Everything is Unexpected in this. Cops are get more hard to destroy and outrun,making you look like you easy to get put into justice. While racers are coming in with high speeds,Knocking cops out the way to get in 1st place to earn more rewards and going up the "Most Wanted List". So,If you buy this game,(below) My question is this:Do You Want To Enforce The Law,Or Run Away From It?

Thanks dude! If you wish to wait I would say get the F12, but that might take a while and you wont be using it for long. I would say go with the Ford GT or 918 Spyder. :) The 918 Spyder is a beautiful car to drive, drifts without touching the brake! :) Hope this helped!
