Really excited to see the 959 return as it was a DLC car in Hot Pursuit 2010. That unmarked Undercover version surely is a tribute to NFS Rivals as it had undercover cops. 1:05 Just to note, the interior police lights are commonly known as slick tops in North America.

@@arkaarka2628 since they started doing these speed pass thing, they did say you can progress on the pass offline as well. But while you could get them, only problem is the cop cars aren't usable offline due to the Hot Pursuit mode not being in offline, just like Drag & Drift. That said, you can still unlock the dlc cars offline just the same, and both the Evija & normal 959 could be used offline still.

The update is fun but.. just really wished the cop cars could be used in free roam. Or add the cop customization to the regular cars like the crown Vic to eliminate the pursuit tech grief. Also wrap editor for the police vehicles please!

The 959 is an absolute demon in A+ class. Slap in the v8 that drops it to high A+ class and make it a grip build with traction control off and drift entry on. Micro drifts like nobodies business.

The 959 was definitely my favorite of the police cars from Hot Pursuit 2010 so I'm definitely glad to see it back AND with the livery with the retro cop lights on it. Hopefullt as they keep updating this game they add mroe police liveries from the game, like i would've loved to see the Forest Green C6 ZR1 Sheriff livery come back for this update

3:38 just want to sorta correct something; theres only 29 of the "S" version of the 959, which was an upgrades variant with more power, reduced weight and some slight body adjustments, all that good stuff. Supposedly it could reach over 210MPH! On 1989ish that was really crazy, at the time, 200MPH on a road car was only recently achieved with the F40 and a Ruf tuned 911. The regular 959 however, had little less than 300 units produced IIRC, which is still pretty rare, but obviously way less than the S version.

Idk it’s nice to have this comeback from hot pursuit but not being able to use them in free roam is a letdown. Why not have two different free roam? One regular and another for those that have ppl driving around as cops and maybe have free roam cop chases. All the grind especially without buying the speed pass to unlock car and customization that’s locked for a game mode isn’t cutting it.

I was introduced to this Porsche variant through NFS Porsche Unleashed 2000. It has good handling due to the wide body. Compared to NFS Unbound only visual customization, the car's customization in Porsche Unleashed was technical as there were tuning of gear ratios, downforce, suspension etc.

The evija only op if you can handle driving at that top speed cuz you top out at 245 pretty quick and I've seen plenty off ppl who thought they were gonna win and I smoke them cuz they didn't know how to handle the speed it's a very fast car and if you run hard grip it's very nice

Jammers were balanced in HP, they just got a bit broken in Rivals because of the really high uptime, but i guess it was also because of the greatly increased ammount of cops with pursuit techs on your tail there.

​​​​@@alexproctor524 Maybe you don't too good HP and Unbound, in HP the cars handling was complete different, car was more difficult to use, not too much customization and if you lose the control of the cars is over, there racers have their custom cars in Unbound, so much people use meta cars, and are op. So the unlimited respawn is normal in this case, and the police cars aren't like racers cars in Unbound, racers cars still slams. Play those two games better pls. Btw i prefer HP original version yeah, but Unbound version aren't so bad and don't have like you say "OP Cops".

This game mode is dogg ish... they need to let the racers get a bump in speed once taken down/ wrecked or at least a 10 cooldown so a cop from behind doesn't smack you while you're trying to gain speed again. Also, as a cop too many npc cop cars get in the way of everything.. should be just online players... I like the idea of the game mode, but its straight trash can juice.
