Are you sure you entered the cheats correctly? I have tested these all myself and can confirm that they all work. Also note that the cars they unlock are for Quick Races only, so they won't show up in Career mode.

Ok, now from the Main Menu go to Quick Race, then go to Event Map. Pick the race you want to do, then at the car selection go to Bonus Cars - this is where you will find all of the cheat cars.
