You might be correct about the gear ratio change, but it only marginally increases the overall performance. Adjusting turbo to max makes most cars better so that’s not exactly a bonus to the Bugatti.

I the played so many times, unfortunately i lost my copy of it and i can't buy it anymore, so my only option is to , well you know what i mean. I never managed to play with the koenigseg, but it is clearly the best car. Kind of a combination of bugatti's top speed and corvete z06 insane acceleration. Now it is to late, but another section that you could have included is 0 to top speed. That plays a huge role. I kept testing tier 1 cars over and over and i have to say, except the koenigseg cause i never played with it, no car can beat the acceleration of the Corvete z06. When that car starts accelerating it doesn't stop till it reaches max speed. The other cars falter past 300, it takes quite a while to reach top speed, more often than not having to use nitros for that. I used to test them in an event, and when i reach a certain point, best i got was from a bugatti at 312 Km/h, while the corvette went in the same distance to 340. With the corvette i was reaching top speed 10 seconds faster than the rest of the cars without even using nitrous, i was using nitro on the other cars for that. So i tuned my corvette towards top speed, and it reached a respectable 398 top speed, and it still was unmatched in acceleration. And i made myself the perfect tier 1 car :) have fun whoever wants to try this idea.

Re-review of some cars + some reviews of the cars with the Reformed mod. Also, I forgot to tell my charger arrived. :'D 59th: The Golf is... *FAK!* Becomes the most recommended Tier 4 pinkslip car I think due to decent performance with the mod. 58th: I cried when this car was one of the worst Tier 4 cars. Not even the mod can save it. :'( 57th: RYAN COOPER YOU'RE UNDER ARRES- Hold on, I don't see him inside this car. 56th: If this was a Nevada Speed Challenge, it'd probably smoke all the Tier 4 cars. (not really) Also, it's the 2nd most Recommended Tier 4 pinkslip car in Reformed IMO, they buffed the acceleration and handling. 55th: *Apex seals died on arrival when Undercover came* 54th: Below average handling + low top speed = THIS. It's even worse with Reformed handling. 53rd: *Dejected Angel* changed her name to *Depressed Angel* 52nd: People said that this is the worst car in NFSUC...? 51st: The only thing it's good at is *hitting crowds.* Also, I guess I have to say that this accelerates like the one in Carbon. (Good thing it handles much better IMO tho) 50th: Muscle car that behaves like a Tuner... Until the mod gets installed. 49th: CTS-V's faster "relative" 48th: I cried more when my favorite Grip car in ProStreet is a bad Tier 3 car... But this time, the mod said, "Don't cry, Kevin. We buffed the Evo X for you. ;)" I test-driven the Evo X with the mod and the upgrades. All it just needed was maximum Grip tires, and became one of my favorite cars in Undercover Reformed. 47th: I picked this car because this car was leading while the poor guy in a Cossie was far behind on the 1st pinkslip race. NONONONONO, NOT THE COPS- **Civic Cruisers beating me up in an Elise in the background** 46th: I'm relieved this doesn't have weird handling, even with the mod. 45th: You were so good too in Carbon... This car is much worse with the mod, where it becomes a wheelspinning monster. 44th: Less worse than in Prostreet at least... but with the mod, umm... 43rd: Meh-scle car. Also has worse handling with the mod. 42nd: Thanks, I feel stupid for picking the Elise. With the mod though, it becomes the 3rd most recommended Tier 4 pinkslip car. (Acceleration and speed is still good, but the handling is nerfed) 41st: 2nd favorite FF in Undercover 40th: *IS THAT A SUPRA???* 39th: Looks light, still a heavy boi since ProStreet. 38th: Biggest acceleration nerf ever. (This thing accelerates like it's from hell at ProStreet. You can bring it back with the mod, however, it handles like crap with the mod LOL) 37th: Good thing EA nerfed this thing. My 1st playthrough of this i had the R35 skyline as my "main car". I couldnt even win the last events with that car lol. Can beat the story but thats it. My 2nd playthrough, had to go with the veyron to beat the final races!

I used the elise into the audi tt and then used my saved up money to buy the mercedes mc laren. I immediatly started to loose all my races, even getting slower lap times than with the audi. So I switched back to the audi, grinded races, sold the mercedes and bought the lamborgini from tier 2. Same problem. This time I grinded out races to fully upgrade the lambo and it worked fine. No clue If I just can't rear wheel drive cars or if it was the rubberband acting up but I couldn't win with the mclaren.

As I watch this, I realize that during my playthrough of this game years ago, I practically went out of my way to use the worst cars without realizing it. Solstice pink slip starter, went out of my way to buy the C2 Corvette as it wasn't a pink slip car, took Charger SRT8 and Mustang GT for tier 3 pink slips, then went out of my way to buy the M6 when I got to tier 2. I chose the GT500KR as tier 2 pink slip (though this is the canonical choice IMO), then snapped out of it and bought a Bugatti for tier 1. I didn't know any of the theory, I was just choosing cars I liked. I made at least one of these choices before I actually got the game.
