Remastering means to polish the same game like adding redux mods to this game so instead you can get redux mods to improve the graphics. If you want to look different you mean by remaking the game on different engine cause the engine that NFS UG2 is on is too outdated to be improved (even with ray tracing). Also mods on Asseto Corsa do exist where you can play in Bayview with next gen graphics but I think it is WIP. I don't understand why DO people forget the 3rd NFS Underground - NFS Undergound Rivals. I know it is a PSP game but c'mon it is a mix of NFS UG1-2 but without a story. And techically NFS 2015 was kinda the remake of NFS Underground and Carbon combined. And PS5 just came and you are still talking about the PS4 when it came in 2013 lmao just get a PC instead to install mods (if you can afford it lmao). And about the sales I doubt it (if they do like NFS HP Remastered it will be the same). Despite NFS HP 2010 is the best selling NFS of the 2010 decade and 4th best selling NFS as you can see the Remastered version is no where near close so I recommend to keep your expectations LOW and you won't cry like a baby after that.

@@TheStreet13 Bruh he used the default sound which is the same one from 2F2F and Black Box. Black Box got this sound since NFS UG1 for ambience and cutscene and later they converted into GIN. It is not the only 2F2F sound that they have taken there are at least 2 others. Like the extreme WRX sound comes from Pierce's Eclipse and the one in the video I think it comes from Suki's S2000. Even in the files they are specifically said *2F2F*

The R34 Skyline sound is accurate already in NFS 2015/Heat just it would have been better if Ghost had put different node for the upgraded sounds. Also the Grid 2 sound is much better.

@@HeroManNick132 Well...too bad that Ghost recycle their stuff...I played NFS 2015, Payback and Heat and when I look back, I see that the games are not that different... Obviously it’s car games from the same franchise, I get that, but subtle things that you’d expect to change like basically car customization or car list..those were pretty minor...one big theme of change along the games though were the handling... Now concerning the sound aspect...the skyline sound felt new in NFS 2015...arrived in heat, it was quite unbearable...and the sound customization feature felt great at start but as you play and the hyped dies down, you realise that it’s was pretty much half baked and same for the engine swap thing...overall, it felt like NFS 2015 and Payback were test attempts and Heat was the real final product; For instance, Ghost fixed the story and Handling aspects from the previous games and that gives you Heat...although Heat felt good and the best among the 3... not to forget...the sound was good but not as great...this mod clearly shows how good sound could have been achieved if some more work was put into it...yet again I get that the more car there’s is, the more difficult it it to record and tinker the sound to make it great

Yeah sure everyone fell in love of this sound cause it was taken from 2F2F and overall from 2F2F but in reality this sound is not pure RB26DETT. It is a mix of 2JZ-GTE, RB30DET, RB25DET, 1JZ and bit of RB26DETT (which ironically wasn't even Twin-Turbo but single Turbo) - even the movie makers said that is not pure RB26DETT. But the Grid 2 even if it better it is from RB30DET so here are 2 videos of stock Skyline and RB30DET Skyline: kzbin.info/www/bejne/on2caqB8gKhmqNE&t, kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y5mseaWBaL6aoJo Even if you don't like the Ghost's sounds at least they recorded more cars unlike Black Box that couldn't but of course they took also some from Black Box like: vw_gti_b from NFS Undercover was used for the BMW M3 E46 in NFS 2015/Heat and for the VW MK1 Golf in NFS Heat but slighly changed. lam_galla_b from NFS World - for Lamborghini Huracan Coupe/Spyder in NFS 2015/Heat bmw_m3_f from NFS Undercover for the BMW M3 E46 dod_vip_f from NFS World for the SRT Viper in NFS 2015/Heat. And there are more but these ones are the most obvious. For example the stock Nissan Skyline R34 sounds like less aggressive nis_sky_c from NFS Undercover but it is not really the same sound. But it is interesting in fact how the R32 sound seems it is recorded from single turbo RB26 that is more modified but the R34 - from stock Twin-Turbo RB26. And also the modder used some sounds from NFS 2015 - like the R32 sound or the Supra sound for other upgrades.

Acho que é o primeiro Underground que tem uns sons muito cagados, genéricos, sem falar que muitos deles se repetem entre os carros. O Underground 2 já teve a possibilidade de melhorar, não são todos os carros porém alguns carros como o Nissan Skyline, 350Z, Subaru Impreza têm sons fiéis ao original, dá pra ver que nesse mod o som no skyline permaneceu praticamente intacto ao original do game

​@@CaioVictor681no segundo game esse problema que você citou também acontece acho que a falta de tempo dos desenvolvedores fez com que o lançamento não saísse tão bom quanto deveria.
