Need help programming my Conext AGS to automatically start/stop my 28v DC generators.

Powerhouse I built to house my 28 volt DC generators. The unit on left is a military MEP-952b 28v DC generator rated at 5kw. The engine is a 15hp Farymann diesel that runs approximately 3 hours per gallon with a 3kw load.
The unit on the right is homemade with a 10hp Yanmar L100 diesel belt driving a NIEHOFF 450 amp 28v DC alternator.
This unit will run 4.5 hours per gallon with a 1.5 kw load.
These generators support a 570 amp/hr battery bank that powers an off grid 4kw inverter. This is capable of powering my entire home minus the electric dryer with proper power management.
