Need to override my Blink cameras that I picked up at an auction

Picked up these cameras from an auction but found out that they were already registered to someone else I contacted blank and they asked me to find out who owned the previous camera and ask them to release and delete it from their account which isn't the case because I purchased them through goodwill and goodwill is an auction from donations and obviously if somebody donated them they were probably getting rid of them because they too had issues with getting them to work since they were still linked to someone else's account.
I'm looking for someone with insight who can open my eyes to possible override that I'm able to use these cameras otherwise I have to throw them away and my money

I bought 4 from an estate sale where the previous owner passed away. I had no clue that the cameras are locked to an account

Way I did it was contact previous owner & previous owner needs to contact Blink customer support to deactivate/delete cameras off their account. Deleting account threw your app does not remove, deactivate or unregister the cameras. Previous owner needs to contact Blink Customer Support. Hope that helps. Good luck guys

Have an answer after waiting for an hour on hold customer service said they do not send email to previous owner and even of they could the previous owner can refuse but the answer is its junk buy a new one customer service said its worthless sad truth hurts

I have a couple I I can't use also, so I was going to buy one for $34 until I came across this video looking for answers how to use the two I have here, I'm not going to buy blink cameras now because if anything happens to my Gmail I'm screwed I guess I downloaded the app for nothing!!😅

They need to make a link to request feed and account delink to previous owner and within a time period but with security in mind I guess just buy new and keep them when you move don't leave up previous owners cams they could be still watching technically so yikes

Blink cameras has to be deleted off of the previous account before you can add it to your account. There ie not another fix for blink.

Anyone ever found a way? Just got mine and turns out I can’t use them because there’s already an account added! Called blink and they said I need to go to the original owner which I have no clue who that is! Bought off eBay 🤦🏽‍♂️

Since I bought a few of mine on Amazon and some on a liquidation website it turns out after reaching out to Amazon they have nothing to add I was hoping that they have some sort of a filing system I'll be account email addresses and passwords associated with those cameras but it appears they made these things purposely so we can toss them rather than reuse them not very cool

I got a box of old used cameras in box on a curb side with other free items for pick so I have no proof of sale no idea who previous owner is would really love to know how to still use it is there an IP address or something

I'm having the same problem and the person at blink support doesn't know anything they been giving me the run around for days now I bought camera from target and brand new but someone else hack or jack Gmail account so I had to change Gmail well call Blink support because now that I have a new Gmail account camera won't work because register to old Gmail that someone locked me out of and I had to get a new phone number as well so customer service can't help me at all it's like a waste of money . Arlo !! I swear by them they never let me down !! And you get answers the same second you reach out to support. I have a blink that was doing the same shit. Pretty much a waste of the money I saved buying used lol 😅
