I just came out of back to back meetings that left me feeling pretty stressed. I had this on my other monitor whilst working and I do feel so genuinely relaxed. I love what you mentioned about different workouts. I also suggest walking in general is amazing!! Your home is so beautiful too Lauren

Love this type of vlog style! So natural and easy going. Please do more! Also, what type of birth control are you on? If any.. I found I held water weight on bc pills, when I stopped taking them everything from bras to shirts fit better.
