Inspired! I love the watercolour effect that the felt creates. Thank you so much for posting this - you've given me something new to try with my existing stashes. Bless you 💖

Beautiful! What type of backing are you taping to the matte?

I always use a foam pad with a depth of 1.5in to 2in. Thank you for your lovely comment!

Surely this breaches copyright, you are using the artists work directly. Also I can clearly see the copyright sign bottom left. I would like to try this technique but am worried about the integrity of if. Thanks

@@carolevans1425 Helo Carole. As the design has not been copied and the original product being used then the copyright laws are the same as for deccoupage. I am demonstrating a use for napkins as hobby technique rather than for commercial sale. I have to purchase the napkin before I can do this technique just as I would if doing decoupage. Many manufactuerers of paper napkkins embrace this boost to their profits!! Some companies that sell then online specify if any cannot be used if selling the final product and only for hobby use. Many allow sales of the final product in a 'fair quantity' This applies to European law but obviously if wanting to sell on the pictures then it would be worth checking if doing so from elsewhere. hope this answers your query and that you have fun having a go! Enjoy your day, Anne
