I live here in San Diego and they've been saying that they're going to clean it up because whenever the heavy rains come and it floods out they have to do rescue missions between the life guards and the fire department every year.

Oh we notice it everyday when we drive by it on the freeway. You can see it when you're driving on the freeway headed to work or to the beaches. There's plenty more of them in San Diego too! We aren't oblivious to it though. It's right in our faces.

So since you’re interested and wishing for a drone that can drop food down to a dog, you can buy a drone called a Sopro Fd3 it has both telemetry a high definition camera and most importantly it can carry a payload of 4.4 pounds It has a built-in claw that can grab whatever you want and hold it and you can fly your drone over somewhere and with the flip of a switch, you can release whatever you wish all while having full video telemetry as well

Back when I was in high school and college I used to scope places out all the time. When you’re one paycheck away from homeless you think about the next “move”. That was over 40 years ago, and thankfully (knock on wood) it never got that bad. But it still could, and at my age it’s a much scarier proposition. It’s a shame California is making bank on this problem. If they solved it they’d stop raking in hundreds of millions every year.

They don't want to have to conform to rules that most shelters & missions have so...that's on them.
