Can’t blame no one but yourself for trusting ppl too much! They didn’t force you to give it to them, you willingly gave it to them without setting a timeframe to pay you back. Never borrow anyone cash, write up a contract and have it notarized no matter how close you are. This is to save all the headaches and kev tu siab. Hope this is a lesson learned for you. It’s good thing we have equal rights these days but man some of us women are just using it wrong! I understand if a family member repeatedly trying to wrong you all the time but you shouldn’t be trying to stop him from seeing his family! If a man does to this a woman we woman would be saying he’s controlling etc and telling her to leave him. Let's be careful here too if this scenario happens....Let's say you have the notarized contract but then the borrower is unable to or doesn't want to pay then he/she files for bankruptcy. The borrower is forgiven by the law. Now you have nothing to say; should or will karma get him/her....hahaha.
