For high neck blouse or kameez across shoulder will be the Same . Do not reduce. Only for deep neck across shoulder should be reduced.

You told that chest divided by 12 gives neck width..for 36 chest measurement,you mark only 2.5..why.?.. actually the measurement is 3know..pls explain..

This is as per the blouse measurements. You can make the neck width wide or close to your neck if you like that way.

You have give a theory for neck deep,neck width and shoulder width. According to that, for 10" deep neck, keeping the neck deep at 3" and 1/2 Across shoulder at 7 " , if I reduce 1/4" for every one inch deep then the calculation for 10" deep neck will be 10×.25=2.5inches to be reduced from the 7" mark on the shoulder line. From this 7" Across shoulder, 3 inches will be for neck width. Balance left will be 4". Now if we reduce 2.5" from 4" we get only 1.75 " for shoulder width. But you are marking 2.25" in this video. How? Theory is not applied here?
