alright guys i figured out the recipe after like 2 weeks of trying, water chicken drums garlic onion salt pepper bbq dry rub (of your choice) then put on low of course. for not so tender do 4 hours medium tender 6 hours for extra tender (like in video) do 8 hours then do hot sauce or bbq or whatever you want.
