good example. that's pretty big house.for that price. good lesson on contractors. its hard not paying them in full when you want things done soon. I would try to hold back at least a few amount until.completion. we frequent river moon also. probably has one of the best plants and atmosphere for a decent price. only draw is that it takes pretty long to get there from our area.

Nice house you are building. Hope you can get the builder back to finish it. I've had problems getting contractors to finish jobs in the past😢 The renovation of the house on the river looks good.❤

Saibaidii Neenee,,the house you're building for Nila is a very beautiful small house. She's very lucky! Too bad the contractor is not more responsible. He kinda stinks. The house along the river is great,,cant wait to see the finished product. I was joking with Todd about building me a deck over the riverbank that I can put a yurt or big cabin tent on.😂😅 My niece is such a happy, friendly girl,,everyone loves Mina. ❤❤❤❤❤ take care,,Ttyl,,,Marlon

Sorry you are having problems with the builder.....probably better to pay in 3 waves next time with the final payment upon completion. The guy has no reason to make it a priority now as there is nothing for him to lose. Maybe you need to hire someone else and take the loss or offer him a bonus to make it his top priority. This happens in the US as well when you pay 100%. Its a very nice house...hope it all works out.
