4:40 - Falling on an enemy player deals damage if I remember correctly. Enough to kill a 1 small bar person it would seem. One could count all his kills and see if the one he jumped at would count towards the total 18 kills, meaning that if you count it but got 19 kills, the stomp did not kill.

At around 4:30 you can hear that enemy player took bleeding damage from being revived in concertina so it's most likely that what killed him.
