We add one at teaspoon fenugreek seeds while soaking with rice. Not only that for side dish we use grated coconut and jaggery mixed with little cardamom little salt it will be awesome.❤

No fermentation is required grind and use and no need to add urid dal. If you add Urid dal it will become Uriddal dosa. Urid dosa is very simple. Two cup rice socked separately and one cup urid dal soak separately then finally grind Urid dal. Take it in a vessel then grind rice mix it if it's summer no need to add salt and if it's monsoon or winter you have to add salt according to your taste. Then sock it overnight. Means fermentation is required.❤
