Roasted Rice Flour (വറുത്ത അരിപ്പൊടി) - 2 Cups (325 gm)
Grated Coconut (തേങ്ങ ചിരണ്ടിയത്) - ½ Cup (40 gm)
Water (വെള്ളം) - 2+2 Cups (1 Litre)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 Teaspoon
Sugar (പഞ്ചസാര) - 2 Teaspoons

Fantastic recipe! A good side dish is also appreciated. Boiled Cheru kadala crushed alongside coconut scrapes and then the usual garnishing using red dry chillies, curry leaves plus a spoon of mustards and then subtly crushed awhile altogether will do fine.

We are from Kasaragod ( kannadigas )..we prepare neer ( in Tulu means vellam , neer in kannada is neeru ) dose even without sugar, coconut ...just soak pacchari during night , grind in the morning add salt and just make dose ...
