A tasty kheer by using neer dosa is surely a surprising dish for many of yes. Yes, We can prepare a special payasam or kheer during special occasions or to serve our guests. Neer dosa is as simple as ordinary breakfast neerdosa but with less salt. Cutting them into small pieces, boiling with jaggery and adding coconut milk makes a traditional kheer of neer dosa.
Ingredients:-
White/ raw rice 2cup for Dosa
Greated coconut 1
Salt 1sp
Jaggery 350grms
Cardomom powder 1sp
Ghee 3sp
Required water

Only the difference is you are using stone and fresh vegetables whic Will give unique taste, we are addicted to mixie and vegetables brought from market or vendors.
