There are different methods of rice roti preparation. Most people prepare rice roti from raw rice. But in this method, we prepare by using mainly boiled rice and raw rice partially. This roti also puffs up fully and remains soft even after cooled. Any curries can be combined with these rotis. But we usually prepare jeera curry. But Today I show you one more sweety match for rotis. That is called bochu kai halu, which is very traditional but unknown dish. Both are good combinations and healthy too.
Ingredients:
Brown rice 5cups
Dosa rice 1cup
Salt to taste
Coconut oil 6sp
Water
For bochu kayi halu
Greated coconut 1
Jaggery 50 grms
Salt pinch
Cardomom 1sp
